This hotel suits me perfectly, offering everything I need, including strong Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. The staff even helped me return my forgotten earpods on my first stay! I highly recommend enjoying their breakfast. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Not exactly what I expected

The location was ideal, just across from the train station, which made exploring Rome easy. The heating in the room ensured a comfortable stay at the end of November.

The staff lacked courtesy and engagement during check-in, creating an uninspiring first impression. The shower facilities were cramped and inadequate, adding to discomfort.

My experience at Raeli Hotel Siracusa was disappointing. The room was misrepresented, far too small, and sparsely furnished with little regard for comfort. Additionally, the noise from other guests was unbearable at night, making sleep nearly impossible, and the staff seemed indifferent to the concerns of guests, which added to my frustration.
